Smile Please!

At times I find myself smiling for no reason. And then I find myself break into an impromptu jig or hum a favourite line or call up a dear one to say hi or simply pull the cheeks of my mother (or granny if I am at her place!). Some of you might think 'Isko kya hua?/Pagal hai kya?/What is this blog-post exactly all about?' and some might think 'Arey, even I've done this!' and some might simply smile continuing reading. The point I want to make is - smile. For the ones who have experienced the joy of smiling for no reason, great going guys! For those who haven't, try not to find a reason for being happy. I think its completely okay if there ain't a reason to smile and yet you smile. Aren't we humans the only creatures on earth who have the wonderful ability to smile?? My limited general knowledge says so. So why can't this fact be the reason for us to smile when we are in a dearth of reasons to be happy? I do not support the idea of a big, wide smile in public every now and then. Come on, who wants to act crazy and gather the world's attention?! But giving a smile to yourself in a day or two really lightens your mood and the world around you. You feel motivated for the task in front of you, if any. Or you feel at peace. And this leads to happiness. Happiness from within.

Keep smiling :-)
